It’s all a big game now isn’t it.

It always was for those betting on the market.
Doesn't change the damage done to our country through loss of trust in politicians, loss of international prestige, cost of living increases and brain drain.

anyone even.

It’s just all too much now, people just want to know what the hell is happening one way or the other.

These “changes” change absolutely nothing, it’s a charade

larrygrylls · 12/03/2019 08:15

Everything will be done at ‘1 minute to midnight’. Before then it is just posturing.

Gbp is telling a positive story on fx markets but could just be short covering, highest against EUR for 2 years.

surferjet · 12/03/2019 08:16

Agree Larry.

Yes, absolutely.

I think that the Tories are now going to blame Labour for delaying the whole thing by ‘putting a spanner in the works at the nth hour!’ and not passing the deal tonight when it’s been THEM arsing around for months on end!

bellinisurge · 12/03/2019 08:24

I agree that it all seems like a choreographed effort to win people over . And have people support it without losing face.
I don't care at this point. If we leave let's leave via WA and get on with trying to actually do this stupid thing constructively.

Er, aren't the Tories in government ? Why do they need Labour - the opposition - to do anything ?
