I thought the DUP were going to go with the government at the last minute.

It looks as though they didn't.

What happened?!

I hadn’t heard that. Why would they?

SillySallySingsSongs · 15/01/2019 20:39

No. They are pro full Brexit.

They have however confirmed they will support the government tomorrow so JCs no convidence in the government vote will fail.

whymewhynow · 15/01/2019 20:40

No.They made it very clear that the letters of reassurance actually made the WA worse in their opinion. They will, however, vote with the Government in the vote of no confidence tomorrow. Make of that what you will.

AgentProvocateur · 15/01/2019 20:40

They have most reason to oppose it.

GhostofFrankGrimes · 15/01/2019 20:46

Not exactly value for money are they?

Somerville · 15/01/2019 23:16

No. Despite the fact that there was strong support for the backstop in NI. So now they have to support the government in Confidence votes because they’ll lose a seat or two in a GE. Confused
