Travelling to southern Ireland on 27th, returning on 30th.

Will I be returning????

On the basis you will be travelling over the 'non' border, probably yes.

Please don't call it Southern Ireland.

Travelling from where? You'll get back, common travel area will be unchanged for movements of people, be prepared for some delays at ports/airports (if no deal - but tbh that's looking less likely by the day).
