Does TM go to the emergency debate today?

Jc called for an emergency debate to take place today which was agreed last night, but I’ve just seen on the news that TM is meeting Euro leaders today to discuss her Brexit deal.

Is the debate with or without (about?!) her?

He can't bring a no confidence in her as Tory leader vote because he's not a Tory. He can try and bring a no confidence in the government vote but he wouldn't get enough support (even from Tories who want her gone).
This will probably be a whinging and shouting match with no progress. She won't have to attend.
PS, I'd love progress but doubt this will bring it.

Well the emergency debate is unlikely to get rid of her.

It’s interesting that there is no mention of the debate on the BBC anyway.

While the BBC isn't covering itself in glory it might have taken the view that it's not as important as TM visiting European leaders. Because, frankly, it isn't.

What’s the point of the emergency debate?

I think it's a substitute for doing anything concrete.

The BBC isn't left or right-wing, it's establishment.
