Crowdfunding legal action against the government re A50

The next stage of the legal action against the government needs funds. The aim is to ensure that article 50 can only be triggered lawfully - the action of "pressing the button" should be taken only after full debate in parliament. It is not something that should be done by an individual PM. The campaign seeks funding to make sure ordinary UK Citizens are involved, represented and can have a say.

I certainly think that it would be a good idea to have a debate in Parliament. Then, if for whatever reason, Brexit goes belly up TM can say that she had a clear mandate and apportion blame. However, I suspect that most Tory MPs can be relied upon to vote like sheep, and the preservation of the Tory party will be their number one priority.

My name is Rorty Crankle, I am organising this crowd funding campaign because I believe important individual rights and benefits of ordinary British (UK) Citizens are at risk if the removal of the UK from the EU is not expedited as soon as possible.

The enforced removal of citizenship rights from 65 million people was legally decided by a majority of those who voted.

The rights and benefits of ordinary UK Citizens will be improved by Brexit and it's important to take back control.

I believe that, as Parliament has granted us these rights, Parliament must act to remove us from the EU without further delay.

Ah the good old days, I used to be able to buy 4 chews for an old penny (i.e. a farthing each) as a child - so pounds, shillings and pence are most acceptable Peregrina thank you.

A friend has just popped round and put some coins into the piggy bank I'm using for my Crowdfunding collection. At least I hope they are coins, knowing her I wouldn't be surprised to see some buttons among them lol.

Take back control: our Parliament retains its Sovereignty and that the Government respects that Sovereignty. This was a very important part of the referendum campaign that everybody should be able to agree on.
It is vital that brexit is legal according to UK constitution. Surely this should be decided before A50 rather than afterwards?
