I never thought that he should've led either campaign - he should've stayed off the front line and concentrated on being PM. Because he put himself in the firing line he's now stepped down, at the most crucial moment in our country's history for decades, effectively leaving the country rudderless, as well as reeling.

I'm also pissed off with the Labour party for not pulling together and providing effective opposition. They really could've timed their infighting, resignations and vote of no confidence for a better time. I feel that in this country's moment of greatest need our politicians have deserted us and left us without effective leadership.

Hi all,

After a great many requests, we're moving the bulk of the referendum threads to the new board here.

Many of you, understandably, want to discuss this subject at length and in detail - this seems a good way to simultaneously keep AIBU and Chat moving for those who don't wish to participate. Of course, the conversations will still appear in Active.
