Freedom of movement is a red herring. Even if we leave we'll still have it, same Iceland and Norway, both of whom the Leave campaign cite as positive role models for post-Brexit UK. Otherwise we won't have trade with Europe at all. So leaving changes not only nothing with non-EU immigration, but also changes nothing with EU freedom of movement into UK
