Yes, I've been thinking that too. That's what happened at the last election, both on mumsnet and in the wider world. I remember on mumsnet anyone who dared admit they voted Tory was given a hard time.
On the other hand, maybe once the pencil is poised over the ballot paper those who'd planned on voting 'leave' might decide at the last minute that better the devil you know.
