Considering he was in Cardiff, Port Talbot and all, this is an interesting article. The UK was the ringleader against the lifting of blocks that would allow slapping tariffs on cheap Chinese steel.
It is interesting the Conservative government aren't saying from any side of their mouths that thy are actively fighting to lessen protection on Uk steel.

"This is what a Brexit is all about... Pompous twits who really want to do what they like unregulated... They just play all the populist rubbish and make a mockery of their supporters. It's all about saving bankers bonuses and regulation on the city. They are obviously eyeing Chinese money at the expense of the British publics industries.
It's all about the CITY and their mates. Of course the E.U and our membership is a problem for them... Just as this article points out"
