Did anyone video BBC Natural World's "A Farm for the Future" Programme (about permaculture) please? If so, would you be prepared to sell me a copy?

Hi

I desperately want a copy of the above programme about permaculture and farming and so recorded it (as I thought) in the early hours of Tuesday night when it was repeated on BBC1 during their sign zone broadcast.

Unfortunately, I've just checked the video machine and something went wrong and it hasn't recorded!

Would any kind person please be prepared to sell me a recording of this programme?
I'm not too good with technology but would love a copy of it in any format at all ...and happy am happy to pay a decent sum for your trouble!!

Thank you!!

You can go to Ch4 site and watch it again; you may be able to download it from there.

laundrygoblin · 05/03/2009 09:27

You can view it on BBC iPlayer.here

Jux · 05/03/2009 09:43

Sorry, yes it's BBC

Countingthegreyhairs · 05/03/2009 10:04

Thanks for your replies everyone - much appreciated.

Sorry! I'm a twonk. I forgot to explain the crucial bit about me being abroad and not being able to access to iplayer ...

Hi Pruners - totally agree - it was one of the most interesting programmes I think I have ever watched ...it competely challenged all my long-held assumptions about gardening ...

So what you need is for someone to download it onto a disc and post it to you?

Countingthegreyhairs · 05/03/2009 10:44

um, yes, Marmaduke .. thank you !!

... that IS indeed what I need (sorry I'm a couple of decades behind with techology) ...

May be for the best, some of these youngsters will not know what video is!

Having recommended it as the solution I do not know if you can download iplayer stuff to disc, perhaps to your pc and then a disc? I am very rubbish at this stuff - in case it is not obvious

Countingthegreyhairs · 05/03/2009 10:52

Thanks again Marmaduke!

Not to worry, will soon find out as have started new thread here :
