I don't think I should just tip it down the sink should I?

What's wrong with tipping it down the sink? Am I missing something?

aGalChangedHerName · 22/07/2008 10:21

I just chuck it down the sink. Why wouldn't you?

Jackstini · 22/07/2008 10:21

Why throw it away? It is fab for cleaning stains off paintwork etc. if nothing else.

flowerybeanbag · 22/07/2008 10:22

What's wrong with it that you need to dispose of it anyway? Are you definitely never going to paint your nails again?

wabbit · 22/07/2008 10:23

I wouldn't put it down sink - ask at your local refuse site/recycling centre
Treat a bit like white spirits or turpentine - ie: not down sink!

stitch · 22/07/2008 10:24

er, use it?
donate to a charity? i know the kids school would have been happy to take it off youat summer fair time.
but whats going ont hat youthink you will never ever use it again? it doesnt go off? unless youleave it open for a few weeks, in which case you can jsut chuck it down the sink as it has all evaporated off, and only water remains

Ooh er. Quite strong reactions. It is old. The other day, I couldn't find it, bought a new bottle and thought I would get rid of this stuff which is four years old.

I agree Wabbit, I figured it should be treated as BAD stuff.

However, I may put it in the utility room for paint stains etc. Hadn't thought of that. Thanks.

four year old is not old in terms of nail varnish if the lid was on.
use the old bottle first. then use the new bottls end of problem

Jackstini · 22/07/2008 12:58

It doesn't go off, just use it

BlueChampagne · 24/07/2008 13:19

Offer it on freecycle?

nightshade · 24/07/2008 19:32
