You know on that thread about rising duty on fuel you mentioned driving more slowly and keeping the revs down to use less fuel - I said I'd recently started doing that (after having filled up after 360 miles and paid £50 )
Well - today I filled up for the first time since then and had done 240 miles - pro rata that would have cost about £33, or even more because it's gone up again since then - but guess what?
