Yes, us too - always get cleaning products and other bits from there. Quite quick delivery and never had any problems.

I've used them too without any problems. Ordered green(ish) disposables from them when we didn't have a washing machine. Only buy their clothes if they're in the sale though!

yes, they're quite good. I think their delivery is expensive tho.

I have used them loads and the only problems I had were when I ordered three of the stacking recycling containers and they were broken in transit. I had loads of problems getting them to take them back. In part this was because they wanted to replace the whole set rather than just the broken bits . Then on at least two occasions I stayed in for the collection, but no-one turned up. When the next set finally arrived it had smashed up lids as well. I just ended up using them anyway as I couldn't be bothered with the hassle. Probably more to do with the product and delivery company than Natural Collection. I still order from them regularly.
