Can someone please tell me all there is to know about owning a hybrid car. We are due to change car in the summer. It would be driven mainly by DH as he travels alot for work, often covering most of the uk each month. So what i want to know is,
How will it work with DH lifestyle?
Will we notice a difference in fuel consumption?
How does the electric side work?
Do they cost more or less to repair and do they have numerous problems?
Are they cheaper to tax etc?
Can they go to our local garage or do they have to go to specialists(we had this before and ended up doing a two round trip just to take car to garage)?
Which one is the best to have, we are looking at the toyota's?
Any expierence would be gratefully recieved please tell me all your expierences of these good an bad.
We are close to deciding to do this, please help us make the leap.
