Seeing mixed reviews on taste of water, obviously they use less plastic but I'm in a hard water area and want my tea & coffee to taste nice

I use them and think they are really great. Not sure if a hard water area but the taste is significantly nicer. They do have two versions and I get the clean one.

Would highly recommend.

I started off with Phox and the water was definitely better, however I found the jug design really unstable so eventually moved to Aarke, which I much prefer ( less plastic too).

I have a britta jig which phox"s cartridges fit so should be OK

Am considering moving to Phox for my Brita, so this is very helpful. It will save me trekking to the only supermarket that recycles the cartridges!
