I don’t generally buy cut flowers for ethical reasons re carbon footprint but have some beautiful ones that were bought for me at the weekend. Does anyone preserve theirs in glycerine? Any tips about how best to do it? I know I dilute with lukewarm water and let them sit and take up the solution but is it as simple as that (if so, I’m not sure why I’ve never done it before if they then last for 12 months!)
thank you!
