My mother is scared of the aluminium in most deoderants and suspected links to breast cancer in particular...has anyone tried the lush products? They seem to have a bewideringly big range!

there is a deodrant thread in style and beauty... and someone mentioned a lush one.... they also do deo powders

yes, dh had one that was a solid, chalky thing, it was fine altho' he found it odd that it had to be out on dry skin. However, I'm sure I've read that the whole aluminium/breast cancer thing turned out to be wrong- I'm sure one of the breast cancer charities could give a definitive answer on that.

I used a crystal salt one (pit-rok) which is good and unlike Lush one's doesn't have a smell.

I use one from Boots called Bionsen which is non aluminium.

I LOVE lush, I use the lavender deo bar and it works well for me.
I would live in Lush if they had a shop near me, good for my purse strings that the nearest shop to me is about 30 miles away

I have bought 2 different solid ones from Lush to trial!

Also ordered Bionsen as part of my "which" report on aluminium free deoderants!

Thanks for the top tips!
