My solar panels are not sending info to my app because of 5g WiFi?

When I try to connect it says the inverter doesn't use 5g

Most home broadband routers offer dual band WiFi - one at 5 GHz and one at 2.4 GHz. You need to log on to your router and check the 2.4G band is active. Then set your device to use this rather than the 5G band
