Is it possible to get replacement kitchen bin 'touch' lids without spending an arm and a leg?

Because the main bin is fine! just the lid that's broken (doesn't spring when touched and a bit of plastic has broken off so I can't mend it)

The only ones I've found are really expensive - more than buying a whole new bin from eg Argos.

So I was wondering if anyone had come across one recently?

If not - any ideas for who might want to reuse the bottom of a kitchen bin??

I've bought a new latch bit before on eBay and no need for a whole new bin or lid. You could try that??
