Reusable wine bottles

Glass milk bottles that get returned to the dairy, sterilised and reused are not exactly a new idea. I'm trying to find a similar scheme for wine but the only one I can find is in London. Are there any schemes further north?

West not north, but there's a wine shop in Stroud where you can bring your own bottle and get it filled with draught wine.

I've always thought this would be sensible. Many years ago I remember getting sherry from a cask but we just rinsed the bottle out ourselves.
