Plus size quality sustainable clothing - where do I find it?

Basically that. I want a capsule wardrobe or something close to it, and I want clothes that will actually last. I do buy second hand but at size 20/22 I struggle to find nice items. I've looked at 100s of items in the last week or so, but how do I know what is quality and will last and what won't? Or any suggestions on brands that you've had quality products from?

Try Seasalt. Their products last me for years.

Just about to say Seasalt!

Look past their patterned stuff if it’s not your style. They sell a lot of solid colours and basics. Brilliant quality.

Have a look at the seller rainbowrebel on eBay I buy plus sized fair trade stuff from her. The eco part is tricky so I often buy second hand stuff from eBay to recycle clothing and give my old stuff to the charity shop or rag bin. Anything to keep it from land fill!

Seasalt - agree with PP that some of the patterned stuff can be a bit frumpy, but the cut is brilliant. I got so many compliments on one of their dresses that I bought another in a different colour. Only challenge is that sometimes the buttons aren’t sewn on brilliantly.

Lucy and Yak for comfy clothes

Fatface has some good stuff at the minute too

(Size 20 here)
