Refillable glass soap/showergel dispensers

Hi, I recently purchased an eco jar for use as a soap dispenser in my fully tiled shower room. I'm tempted to buy a 500ml version for showergel, but DH thinks having glass in the shower cubicle is too hazardous. I really like liquid soaps so don't want to switch to bars. Any one else not use glass containers in a shower cubicle for this reason? Thanks

I think your DH is right - water/ slippery hands/ tile and glass is an accident waiting to happen!! I know you say you like liquids, but have you tried bars- I won't go back now, feel much cleaner. Alternatively a plastic bottle that you just reuse? Presumably you are buying the shower gel in a bottle as well?
