okay Id like to try them. Ive never used them before. What I use now is tesco`s own shampoo (rasperry all hair types) and the same in conditioner. thats what sort of hair I have. I used to use pantene cloured hair shampoo and conditioner, but that makes my hair a bit greasy in a couple of days. so what shall I try???????

I find Lush bars best for my hair - closest to bottled shampoo and conditioner. They are expensive though, and don't last as long as they say -- I have lots of hair though!
Sainsburys have started stocking a shampoo bar called Eco Warrior -- it's with the soaps in the shop. It's actually pretty good and half the price. Makes lots of lather and doesn't leave my hair sticky/dry like some of the others I've tried.
My kids are fine using the shampoo bars without conditioner, but my hair is curly and dry and I need some conditioner to get a comb through it.
Or you could try and find a local refill shop.

My Lush one seems to be lasting quite well. Like BlackInk I have thick dry wavy hair, and have recently been using a cider vinegar rinse instead of conditioner.
