I'd a load of baby equipment I could not sell or give away.

I put up a post on freecycle. I got 3 calls after 5 minutes, and then several e-mails.

It's a few hours later and it's all GONE from my house.

(I gave the stuff to the first person who rang.)

Ditto a large appliance that's been hanging around for ages and was taking up a lot of room. Someone's coming in a few hours to pick it up.

It's nice these things are going to people who need them.

Glad you are clutterless and others have found good homes for your things. Nice to hear it works too.

oh no--I put down my phone number because other people did. . .but of course you're right. I'll hope no damage has been done, and def won't do it again.

I love freecycle too. I got a fantastic cotbed off there this week, and found a mnetter to give my cot to!
