Cora ball or Guppy-friend

Has anyone used either of these - they catch microfibres in the washing machine. I like the look of the Guppy-friend but it says best to use with liquid not powder detergent. Is that the same for the Cora ball?

And what clothes, other than fleeces, contain microfibres? I don’t actually wash fleeces very much.

Thanks!

There was a thread a while ago about the Cora ball, someone posted a link with absolutely terrible reviews. I'll try to find it.

Love the idea of it, but it has to actually work!!

I use my guppy friend for lighter and small items. It does seem to unbalance the machine if filled too much.

That said, you can see the microfibres gathered in the corner of the bag so can see that it does work.
