Eco-friendly protection for wooden bench

What can I use to paint my wooden bench? It was pressure treated with something when I bought it last year, but it could do with smartening up a little. I don't want to change the colour of it, just to protect it in a relatively eco- and human-friendly way.

Any oil will do the job.

Oh, it's a garden bench. I should have mentioned that.

Any oil 🤔. I have Liberian finishing oil, but that seems to only be for indoor furniture.

I use teak oil on mine. It seems to drink it.

Oops, I have Liberon finishing oil 😳.
