I know Neal's yard so some suitable for babies in glass, but are there any other options? It's so expensive! Ive considered lush but would like something suitable for eczema too

Castille soap? Or just use bar soap and not add anything to the water?

DontFundHate · 25/10/2018 17:43

Yeah I'll probably clean them with soap but DS1 does love a bubble bath. We've just used up our last plastic one so had told him I'd get more... Not sure it's that good for them anyway?

I've given up bath products because of the plastic - so miss them.

Lush do solid bath bars, and I think they're available elsewhere, but they're ridiculously expensive.

And no. they're allegedly bad for your skin, but so is lying in really hot water, and I'm not ready to give that up.

Thanks. Yes we used the lush bubble bars which didn't work out too bad value wise as we reused it for quite a few baths. It made the bath green which Ds1 loved. But we bath ds2 at the same time now and he's only 1 and both are quite sensitive so don't want to risk lush with them. I love a good lush bath bomb for myself though!

Just don’t use bubble bath? There’s no real need to?

ArchbishopOfBanterbury · 26/10/2018 14:48

This looks promising. It's a bulkbuy (huge jerry can) so you can then just refill a bottle.

I've used other "little soap company" soaps, but not this bubble bath.

Thank you all. I've been thinking and listening and will give it a go without bubble bath, I don't think it would take too long for them to forget about it, will see how we get on!

Hi lovely,
I don't know if these ones are plastic free, but this is the eczema specialist I use and he has made a resource that you can download that goes through bubble baths etc. that are good for kids suffering from eczema drpimm.com/eczema-treatment-downloads/
Hope this helps! :)
