Toothbrushes

Can anyone recommend any decent eco friendly toothbrushes?
DP purchased some bamboo toothbrushes but the bristles were far too soft. We both prefer a medium / firm on a normal toothbrush, this felt more like a child’s soft toothbrush.
I’ve looked at a few but can’t see anywhere you can select the “firmness” of the bristles. We’re desperate to replace our current plastic ones but don’t want to get more plastic.
Can anyone recommend a decent non-plastic firm toothbrush?

Have you tried Miswak sticks? Usually available in Somali shops ornaments online.

I use a Yaweco toothbrush which is plastic but you only replace a small part of the head. Comes in medium and firm.

I did try a bamboo one but it had boar bristles 🤢
