When doing things like grilling or baking splattery things? I’ve been using greaseproof paper but it’s a lot of paper going in the bin. Is there something I can buy that is reusable and not plasticky?

I use reusable non-stick silicone mats. So yes still ‘plasticky’ but better than plastic, and can be reused over and over. Much better for cooking on than baking paper and far less wasteful.

They can be cut to size as well btw, I have one for each baking tray. I got mine from Amazon.
