Menstrual cup and reusable sanitary towels

Hi,
I have used a moon cup in the past and was great to start with but my periods gradually got heavier and found it often leaked and sometimes slipped down too low and made my toes curl. Twas agony. I have had a mirena coil removed today due to side effects so I want to get myself kitted out.
Can anyone suggest a better one for me? I am planning to start using again.
Also can anyone recommend reusable sanitary towels suitable for heavy periods? I need them to be long and stay put.
Finally, anyone know of any long panty liners?

I don't use pads, but have used cupsfor years, recently bought a new one and it's the best one I've ever owned....

Bit pricier than others, but it handles my heavy periods well and is easy to clean and get in and out.

For reusable pads I got mine for the nappy lady when I was buying some reusable nappies. They're really comfortable.

I have ordered a moskito and some different liners and pads from earthwisegirls.
How many do you think I would need? I have ordered 6 pads and 6 panty liners then can see how I get on.

How heavy are your periods and gave you finished your family?

I get all my CSP from Luna Wolf. Although it's now done through Weenotions website. They are fantastic. I get the Xtra long ones and I prefer cotton topped and my periods are really heavy but they cope no problem!
