People who need either disabled bays or Parent & Toddler parking spaces but find they are taking by people who are neither.

As a parent myself, living in London, I used to get so annoyed coming home with kids to find idiots had parked inconsiderately in residential zones not parking next to the end lines...which means 1 or 2 fewer cars can park in a busy street.
Thought I'd share in case others want to shame selfish parkers!
