They have these in my local Boots.

I am tempted, esp. as i have stopped using fabric conditioner due to DS1 excema.

Are they any good?

We have some and they are really good, our clothes are no longer crunchy when they come out. On MSE I saw that Poundland are selling them for well £1, I've not seen them there myself and I'm sure most of them end up on ebay but it's worth a try if you have one near you.

Enid · 27/02/2007 11:58

yes I saw these and was tempted

Twiglett · 27/02/2007 11:59

we've got them

we use them every drying cycle

I actually have no idea or not if they work but they make me feel better thinking that they might

charliecat · 27/02/2007 12:00

Yep, poundland...

Enid · 27/02/2007 12:00

do your clothes come ot lovely and soft with no creases

Lio · 27/02/2007 12:00

I have them and the stuff does seem to dry quicker. I sometimes wonder how much good they are doing once they get stuck down the sleeves of a sleepsuit though

marthamoo · 27/02/2007 12:01

Are they very noisy? Do they bang about in your dryer?

goingfor3 · 27/02/2007 12:01

I'm sure there are less creases but there are still some. Clothes are certainly softer.

isaidno · 27/02/2007 12:02

OOh! Poundland! I will deffo have a look there!

Yes they ARE noisy. You'll want to shut a door on them (ahem, aside from the door of the tumble dryer, obviously).

katierocket · 27/02/2007 12:21

yes they're good, but noisy

marthamoo · 27/02/2007 13:55

Thanks - that's what I feared. My kitchen/dining room/stairs are open plan - so I have no door to shut: I think they'd drive me mad (and keep the kids awake at night).

isaidno · 27/02/2007 16:10

Well, they're clunking about in my dryer now!

Didn't have any in poundland though - so I sacrificed a tenner for the sake of the electricity bill!

Well I think they made the drying quicker, and it feels ok, and not too creased
