About 6 m ago I got in touch about using bio nappies for the nursery

They said "NO - Human Waste - commercial must be disposed of properly"

Now they say - what a good idea....how can we help??

Bloody bureaucracy!!!!!

This is great news btw...(maybe if they don't change the rules)

I'm not sure which position is right, so maybe it is better or worse.
I assume you will take proper care, but human waste in the quantities you may get from a nursery is potentially a serious health hazard.

Are they offering advice on what, exactly is "proper care". Long ago I got some education on this, but so long ago and so little I would be wary.

Then when you say "OK how do we do it"
They say "well we want you to do it - but we won't license you to, 'cos it's not allowed"

Huh??
