Broken bits of Transformers, Hasbro and their Market Stall knock offs - landfill or recycling bin?

Finally managed to get the Fragrant Boys to part with the mangled limbs and twisted chasis malingering at the bottom of the Transformers box. But what do I do with them now?

And as for the bloody packaging the new ones came in, FFS it's like a very sturdy bivouac, what a criminal waste of the earth's resources

packaging of toys is not only damned annoying, but completely unnecessary and as you say a huge waste.

Any idea what type of plastic the broken bits are made from? (sometimes marked on the packaging?)
Polyethylene, polypropylene, PVC and polystyrene are the main types that can be recycled, but it depends on what plastics recycling facilities there are locally.

I take it recycled rubberwood organic transformers just don't cut the mustard with the fragrant boys then?

or should that be petro chemist?

I wish they would, I don't like to think too much of the stuff that goes in to Transformers, physically or ideologically. I just turn a blind eye.

Bonus is they don't need batteries though
