Old Chariot trailer wheel needed - help please!

This is a very long shot, but our much used and much loved Chariot bike trailer has a problem with one wheel and I just cannot find a replacement.

It's the old kind of plastic wheel like this, not the newer kind with spokes like this, and Chariot don't make them anymore. There don't seem to be any spares available online either.

I can't believe we have to write off our trailer (our sole method of transport to nursery for 2 small DC!) because of one stupid wheel. Does anyone have a wheel from an old trailer they would be willing to donate/sell to us? Fingers crossed someone can help.

Have you tried freecycle and ebay?

Yep. No luck. There aren't many old Chariots on ebay at all at the moment (although there were loads when we bought ours 2 years ago).

Wow, that is an old wheel. I sold a Chariot less summer, was about 8 yrs old & we didn't have those style wheels.

Good luck. CTC boards, maybe?

try asking on local Facebook buy n sell cycles groups. our chariot had those wheels but it's still in use with bil and niece. on at least its fifth kid now.
