yes, that is for large-scale biomass power plants.

For domestic biomass boilers there is a supplier which uses wood sourced in the UK and actually exports its pellets to Europe.

which one? and where do they get their wood?

I know people with wood boilers and getting hold of raw material is not simple or cheap unless in wales or scotland
