Reminds me of when my dd was 3 and they where doing stranger danger at nursery. When asked what do you sat if a stanger offers you sweets, she said "say thankyou". Shes still polite now, 10 years later(most of the time)

Why is this in environment?

There was a thread up entitled "say no to carrier bags" or some such. So I think it is just cod taking the piss.
