School run on one bike - anyone got a Bobike Junior (up to 32kg max weight)?

I want to get one. It does have foot posts and a lap strap, and he's not at the stage of falling asleep on the bike anymore, is reception age.

Any one got one? Are they OK for 4-5 year olds?

I haven't used one - it looks pretty cool from the pics.

As another option, at that age (just over 4) I put dd onto a tagalong bike like the one shown here which worked well for us.

I only got rid of it this summer in fact (she's now 9) because it was so useful if I needed to pick her up and she didn't have her bike with her. (Now her legs are too long she just has to run home . . .)

wildstrawberryplace did you manage to get your Bobike? My child will start reception this year, and I am thinking the same Bobike Junior. I have to start getting ready now though, as I've got no bike and haven't cycled for a long long time.
