Any vegans - did you need to change your job?

I'm just wondering if any longstanding vegans at any time had to change their job or alter what they do because of their vegan philosophy.

As you can see from these boards, I'm a new convert and I've recently realised that some of my direct clients (I'm in advertising) are / could be consumer goods companies, such as P&G - a bit on the 'black list' because of their animal testing policy.

Many of my other clients are very green or development orientated.

I can't at this point refuse to work on any accounts.

How much does your veganism extend into the rest of your life?

Just do the best you can in the situation you are in - im a vegetarian not vegan but I try to do the best I can in incremental steps. If I took everything on I would be overwhelmed but I take a step at a time that I can cope with and get my head around
