I am thinking (well almost decided) to get one of these to put in my stairwell - probably the double stacker.
I like the flat platform much better than the traditional rounded ones, as they look good for airing piles of stuff as well.
Question is, has anyone already got one, can anyone think why the flat platform isn't used in traditional pulleys, (ie. any reason why the flat platform wouldn't perform as well as a rounded one) and can anyone find one any cheaper than these ones!!! (bearing in mind that these are free postage)

I have just received a curved 6-lath one for the kitchen (above one of the radiators) but haven't installed it yet (ie handyman not been round yet, lol!) so can't really report back.

Looking forward to hearing rave reviews from others.

Oh and my PIL said they think my house will look like a "Chinese laundry" Hmm

Ouch, I don't normally comment on racial jokes, heck I even laugh at some of them, but that Chinese laundry comment is rather grim.
