i stayed in a private let in their area. .the house below me kept being flooded and i let the council in to see if it was coming from my house but they never found anything, myself and my kids were leaving the flat and hearing the staff bad mouthing us even to my kids. One dad the building repair manager was on my landing he tripped my blink door bell and i heard him calling me names and saying i was to blame for the flooding, i confronted him. the next day he sent a big guy to my door after my husband went to work threatening me screaming at me. the problem was every time they came to my door it had been raining the same day or day before and i mentioned this to them. he screamed at me " its not f*cking raining now". it was really bad abuse i went to the spso and through complaints procedure i was told that the men were professional and wouldn't do this, I moved out of the area but forgot to cancel my housing application and got a really arrogant phone call from the housing allocation officer. offering me a shit hole of a house but i refused it. through the whole system they have been nothing but rude and threatening even Infront of my disabled son.when i tried the complaints procedure it made it much worse
