Clothes for frail elderly man who likes to look dapper?

My Dear Elderly Relative is very weak and has lost the ability to walk, can barely lift a spoon to his mouth. He goes through at least one set of clothes a day, but prefers to wear "dayclothes" when sitting out of bed - a shirt and trousers.
What clothes do you get for your elderly relatives in this situation?

Shirts are fine as they're easy in & off. Maybe look for patterned or checked so the stains don't show so much.
Trousers - I bought my dad some nice pull-on corduroy longing pants at Uniqlo this year.

On the Alzheimer's society website they have velcro fronted shirts but looks like they are just button shirts.
Trousers with adjustable waists and velcro fastening

I'm a retired nurse and used to have a patient who was very smart.
He had a selection of cravats which he wore to keep up his stylish image despite more easy care clothes.

Just remembered the clothing are from a website called the Able label.

When my grandpa was very old and had trouble managing buttons he wore plain long-sleeved polo type shirts under a jacket, and pull-on trousers/jogging bottoms. I think the keys are wearing some kind of collar, colours going together (obviously), natural fibres where possible, and everything being impeccably clean.

Those are genius - he loves corduroy.
