Comfortable jogging bottoms with a fly opening

I am looking for some comfortable jogging bottoms for my elderly father who is housebound and spends most of the day in his armchair - but he wants some with a fly opening.
Has anyone seen any that they would recommend? Most online seem to have no fly or a false one.

A Google search for men's jogging trousers with fly opening turns up quite a few. Also you might find searching for brushed cotton pyjama bottoms with fly will be comfortable too, especially if he's housebound.
