Care homes in Hertfordshire/Essex

Can anyone recommend a caring but good value care home in east Herts or over the border in south west Essex? It's for my parent who has dementia, limited mobility and double incontinence. Priorities would be caring staff, cleanliness, low staff turnover/low numbers of agency staff, and ideally a nice garden.

They're currently at Bentley House in Hertford which is absolutely lovely (only downside is lack of gardens) but sadly I don't think we can afford it long term (it's £2300 a week!!). If we could keep it under £1800 I think that would be more feasible.

I'd be very grateful for any recommendations/tips/things I haven't considered.

I really not sure this is being helpful as I have no experience but driven past it - it looks amazing. Lovely outside seating areas and greenhouse etc.

Thank you @smelps . It's too far for us really, but it was interesting to look at the website. On the face of it it's much cheaper (around £1500/week) but it does say that's the basic price and could be more depending on care needs and could also go up us care needs increase.
