Hi, I’m new to this but have come to the realisation that my DM needs a PT carer. Can anyone recommend a good agency (or let me know ones to avoid)? DM is 84 and lives in NW London. Thanks!

I've been looking into this recently and two I looked into are HomeInstead and BlueBird. I think they are franchises as there are many branches across the country which are operated by individual businesses.

The branches I approached seemed trustworthy and professional. Costs are £36 per hour weekdays, higher ar weekends. I don't know how that compares with non-franchise companies.
