OPG investigations/Mental Capacity - Can anyone recommend a specialised solicitor?

I'm helping a friend who's dealing with a tough family legal issue and has sent me the following text:

Hi everyone, I'm looking for a solicitor with experience in OPG investigations (attorney) and the Mental Capacity Act (donor) — ideally someone who’s handled LPA and Court of Protection cases. Would really appreciate any recommendations, especially from those who’ve dealt with similar situations. Thanks in advance!

What area of the country, OP?

Is someone challenging a lack of capacity diagnosis?

What part of the country, who would they be acting for and against.

A is the attorney, London B is the donor, in another county.

B is experiencing rapid cognitive decline and has developed delusions and unfounded suspicions, corroborated by difficult wider family dynamics, but has not yet been declared as lacking capacity.

A is being investigated by OPG and wants to recede LPA and remove herself from all family interactions but before doing so, wants legal advice pertinent to OPG investigations and informed by Mental Capacity Act.

What is A being investigated for, they can resign but if they have acted unlawfully the investigation can continue. The mental capacity act is available on line. Were any decisions taken for B.
