Doro 8200 ClearSound mobile phone

Does anyone have any experience about the Doro 8200 - the blurb says it has ClearSound to improve call quality. My mum has an older Doro which we need to replace and I'm trying to work out if it's worth an extra 70 quid for the 8200 rather than the 8100 - she has hearing aids and still struggles to hear using her mobile.

Depending on where you are getting it from, you should be able to get VAT relief as she's hearing impaired so 20% off.
