Travel Insurance (No upper age limit/Cruises/Pre-Existing Conditions)

Just a heads up; I was looking at my X (Twitter) feed and a poster was complaining how much their house insurance had gone up by despite not making any claims for years.

Someone replied stating that they’ve always had very reasonable quotes from - of all places - the Salvation Army! They provide all kinds of insurance but for the purposes of this board, then it may be of interest to let elderly parents and friends know that they can get travel insurance too via the Sally Army (which I think that this entity of them is a kind of insurance broker?).

Anyway it’s probably worth a look. Their website states that there is no upper age limit for single trip cover, they also offer cruise insurance and they can offer cover for (most) pre-existing medical conditions

Their website also states that SAGIC - The Salvation Army General Insurance Corporation Ltd - is a wholly ethical insurance provider based in the UK

I'll add them to the list for when I renew. DH is 75 and I have a long list of pre-existing health conditions.
There are lots of companies that will insure though obviously at a price
