When any of these are in place and the person lives in sheltered accommodation /assisted living is it something the “wardens” would hold on file?

I’ve been told today that the assisted living place my parent is in doesn’t care about it and I need to sellotape it inside a kitchen cupboard and the ambulance service will find it!
Are the paramedics really going to go looking rather than attend to the person?

Check out the Lions 'message in a bottle' scheme.
I wouldn't expect wardens in sheltered accommodation to deal with this, but would expect a nursing home to.

Thank you, I will.

for clarity, it’s assisted living /extra care where they do your meals, cleaning, laundry, check on you a couple of times a day etc, so it’s in between sheltered and care home

I've heard of taping such a notice to the inside of the front door so it is clearly visible but not inside a random kitchen cupboard. Why would the paramedics look in cupboards?

With the message in a bottle scheme you get a sticker for the inside of the front door to tell paramedics you ate part of the scheme and then a sticker for the outside of the fridge to say the bottle with medical info is in there. It is a nationwide scheme so they will know to look.
