Enclosed walk in showers specialist companies

Im looking at options for an enclosed walk in shower with a seat for an elderly relative and I have seen a few specialist companies but none mention any price so I have no idea what to expect.
I'm also a bit worried that they are likely to give the hard sell as soon as you make an enquiry and then never leave you alone.
Does anyone have any experience of them both the companies and the actual showers ( the sort that have wipe down walls not tiles).
Any recommendations or advice welcome 🤗

You can get low profile shower trays to fit lots of different shower enclosures and can fit a shower seat in most showers or you can get shower stools. If you were to add some grab rails and a shower with an extra long shower hose you do not necessarily require a specialist company. You can also fit shower boards as standard to shower enclosures too. Get a quote from a local plumber/bathroom fitter before one of the specialist companies.

My parents just had a local plumber do theirs. I think you can claim back the VAT.

Ask social services to assess for an accessible bathroom
